Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 5 to apprehend the accused persons named in case FIR No. 170 dated 10.7.2016, registered at Police Station Khol, District Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 29.11.2016 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.4Superintendent of Police, Rewari, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.4-Superintendent of Police, Rewari, is directed to look into the representation dated 29.11.2016 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
