**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer him at Government College, Kurukshetra against vacant post of Assistant Professor in Physics, as per transfer policy (P-3). The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that he is working in Ambala for the last more than 05 years and his wife is working as PGT Chemistry at Government Senior Secondary School, Kurukshetra w.e.f 05.08.2017 (P-1). The petitioner is seeking his transfer on the basis of couple case as per transfer policy (P-3) of the State Government. The application dated 02.01.2019 (P-1) of the petitioner has been duly forwarded to Director General Higher Education, Panchkula Haryana by Principal, Government P.G College, Ambala Cantt. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to look into the legal notice dated 04.03.2019 (Annexure P-4) and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months.
