ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Despite the case being called out twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner was granted interim protection on 21.07.2020 as the petitioner had given an undertaking that she will furnish a bank guarantee of Rs.3.00 lacs. Later on, the interim order continued and the matter was referred to the Mediator, however, the petitioner fail to comply with the said order. On 23.11.2021, the interim order dated 21.07.2020 was vacated noticing the aforesaid fact and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Dismissed.
