This is the second petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.31 dated 10.03.2024 under Section 307, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act (Sections 325, 201 IPC, 1860 and Section 30 of Arms Act, added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar, District Sangrur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
