Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for deletion of Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 which has been added in FIR No. 1496 dated 31.10.2019, under Section 136/138 of Electricity Act, 2003, registered at Police Station Anti Power Theft, District Jalandhar (P1).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned trial Court at an appropriate stage. Permitted to do so.
