CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Ms. K.K. Kahlon, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Samina Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab *** After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial and she does not press the petition for bail at this stage. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. However, the trial Court is directed to make earnest efforts to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the Court by giving short adjournments.
Learned State counsel submits that prosecution shall render cooperation by causing appearance of the PWs in the Court on each and every date of hearing. Let it be so done.
