-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents to file status report regarding the investigation done in FIR No.0147 dated 22.02.2020 under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Karnal.

Reply has been filed by the respondent-State by way of affidavit of Rajiv Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karnal in which a categoric stand has been taken that the matter has been investigated thoroughly by ASI Raj Kumar, Police Station Sadar Karnal and the concellation report has been prepared on 30.08.2020 and the same will be submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate after taking due approval. In view of the reply filed by the respondent-State, no further orders are called for by this Court, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to challenge the cancellation report as and when filed before the Illaqa PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.01.08 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
