(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate and present the final report in cross DDR No.19 dated 04.01.2018, in case FIR No.135 dated 20.08.2017, under Sections 302, 307, 323, 324, 452, 447, 511, 506, 427, 120-B, 148, 149 IPC, Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3(1) (x), (2) (v) of SC and ST Act, Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural, is directed to look into grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his representation dated 26.08.2017 (Annexure P-5), in a time-bound manner.
