H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Mr. Aazam Khan Alig, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 by filing vakalatnama. This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 154 dated 8.5.2018, for offences under Sections 365, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Ferozpur Jhirka, District Nuh, on the ground that brother of petitioner No.1 has solemnized marriage with Sarjeena daughter of respondent No.5 complainant and the couple had got protection from Allahabad High Court. Their marriage has also been registered at Mathura. Admittedly the matter is still at the stage of investigation. The petitioners can take all these pleas before the Investigating Agency and if convinced, they may not be sent up to face trial by way of filing challan.

Therefore, the present petition is disposed of relegating the petitioners to the remedy of approaching the Investigating Agency, raising all these pleas there.
