Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 128 dated 11.10.2018, registered under Section(s) 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was earlier released on regular bail vide order dated 28.11.2018, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran as the report of Chemical Examiner was not received, but she could not appear befor the learned trial Court on 05.02.2019 and non-bailable warrants of arrest were issued against her. More so, petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court and face trial.
