 have resolved their dispute and have started living together after compromise.

Keeping in view that being a pure matrimonial dispute this compromise has gone a long way in bringing about both parties together who are young and for betterment of their future matrimonial lives and in the light of law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in %!&'( !)*+, -*. -*/,(0 1 !/-/(  -02-*- -*. -*/,(0  # $   #0)3)*-4$ " the judgment of conviction dated 11.01.2013 convicting the present petitioner is hereby set aside along with all consequences thereof.
