Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 374 dated 31.7.2017, registered under Section(s) 454 & 381 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and there was delay of seven days in reporting the matter to the police. Having considered the merits of the case that petitioners were working as maid at the residence of the complainant and recovery is still to be effected to the tune of Rs.1,20,000/- & Rs. 1,75,000/-, respectively. Thus, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners and present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge October 11, 2017 "DK"
