(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing Criminal Complaint No.123 dated 22.10.2013 under Sections 499, 500 IPC titled as "Sultan Singh v. Dr. Suman Dalal and others" pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gohana, and all subsequent proceedings including order dated 15.07.2014 (Annexure P2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gohana, whereby petitioners and others have been summoned to face trial under aforesaid Sections.

Heard.

Order dated 15.07.2014 (Annexure P-2) qua petitioners is set aside. Trial Court is directed to pass fresh order after re-considering the RAVINDER SINGH 2019.05.08 11:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
