Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 40 dated 16.9.2015 under Section 307, 458, 323, 34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station SBS Nagar, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2015. Admittedly, injuries on the person of the complainant are simple in nature and there is no medico-legal report available on record. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana.
