This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 93 dated 11.12.2014 under sections 406, 498A IPC at Police Station Women Cell, Jalandhar. Pursuant to order dated 20.11.2015, petitioner has brought three cheques for a total amount of `2,50,000/-. Photocopy thereof has been placed on record as mark 'A'. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he has sought instructions from the complainant, who is present in court. She is ready to accept the amount.

In view of same, cheques have been handed-over to the complainant in the court itself.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Pal Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated November 20, 2015, petitioner has already AJAY KUMAR 2015.12.19 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM M-3815 of 2015 joined the investigation. In view of payment made by him today, his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of the above, order dated November 20, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
