Reply to the petition has been filed on behalf of respondent No.4 today in the Court itself. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to the counsel opposite. It is mentioned therein that respondent No.4 is in his late 70's. It is further mentioned that he has already deposited his two licensed arms, one with the police and the other with the Patiala Gun House, Patiala. The photocopy of the receipts have been placed on record. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has stated at bar that except these two weapons, respondent No.4 does not possession any other weapon.

The main plea raised in this petition was for giving directions to the respondents to confiscate the weapons of respondent No.4. In the reply filed by respondent No.4, it has been categorically mentioned that DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2015.05.08 16:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
Criminal Misc. No. M-40974 of 2013 both the licensed weapons possessed by respondent No.4 have been deposited, one with the police and the other with the Patiala Gun House, Patiala.

In view of above circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of as such. However, the weapons of respondent No.4 will remain deposited till the decision of the pending cases between the parties.
