(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take unbiased, impartial and positive action by registering FIR on the complaint dated 12.09.2017 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) is directed to look into representation (Annexure P3) moved by the petitioner in a time-bound manner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.
