*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 29.08.2022 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 02.03.2023 (Annexure P-7).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the Gram Panchayat within the State of Punjab already stands dissolved. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
