Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 37 dated 10.08.2018, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467 & 471 IPC at Police Station Pojewal, District S.B.S. Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that investigation in the case is still pending and as such, present petition is not maintainable, at this stage. However, learned counsel contended that petitioner wants to move a representation before the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police for consideration of his submissions as regard to investigation in the matter.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case petitioner makes such a representation, the same shall be considered by the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S. Nagar, as per law.
