******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition seeking direction to the police to present final report in case bearing FIR No.355 dated 01.04.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 304-A of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Panipat City.

As per reply filed by the State, untrace report was prepared and submitted in the Court on 06.02.2017. Learned trial Court issued notice to the petitioner-complainant, who was given time to file protest petition and the untrace report has been accepted vide order dated 01.08.2019. In view of the above reply, this petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available to him.
