The petitioner prays for the issuance of a writ petition in the nature of mandamus to consider his claim for appointment in view of the revised answer key pursuant to the judgment rendered in Buta Singh v. State of Punjab and Others (CWP No. 24855 of 2022, decided on 15.02.2023).

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the revised result has been uploaded, however, the revised answer key has not been uploaded. 3.

The learned State counsel admits that the revised result has been uploaded, but inadvertently, the revised answer key has not been uploaded. However, he assures the Court that the same shall be uploaded within the next three working days.
