(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 for registration of FIR under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code against respondents no. 4 to 10 for knowingly, intentionally, willfully and deliberately sending false complaints Annexures P-9/T to P-11/T.
Replies by all the respondents have been filed. Petitioner is not present. Even none was present for petitioner on previous two dates. Therefore, no ground is made out for further adjournment.
