"#$ !% Allegations against the petitioner Tarif in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.401 dated 27.06.2015 registered at Police Station City Palwal under Sections 193/194/195A/196/211/120B/216/197/198/466/325/326/201 IPC and Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, are that he along with his co=accused Dr.Manish Kumar and others got fabricated false injuries aimed at falsely implicating his opponents. already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 17.11.2015 and 21.09.2015 respectively and the culpability if any shall be determined at the trial, could not be controverted by learned State counsel.
In view of the principal of parity, taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that the trial will take a long time to conclude, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the petitioner in the present case is not warranted. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Palwal.
