Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that settlement between the parties is under process as an offer has been made by the petitioner which has been examined by the respondents and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage with liberty to revive the same if anything survives further. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
