(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.523 dated 05.10.2022, registered under Sections 10, 24 of the Immigration Act and Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra, Haryana (Annexure P-1). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
