The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuing directions to the respondents to set aside the distance measurement shown at Sr. No.2, 13, 14 and 18 in Annexure P-4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present petition has become infructuous since the tender itself has come to an end. He thus seeks dismissal of the present petition in terms of the aforesaid statement. The prayer is not objected to by the learned State counsel. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. *(
