[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 109 dated 08.04.2021, under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, registered at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonepat.

[3] This Court vide order dated 22.06.2021, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. [4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from S.I. Rajesh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.
