(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to get the FIR No.0025 dated 15.02.2019 registered under Sections 279, 337, IPC (Section 304-A IPC added later) at Police Station Guhla, investigated through some independent agency. After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the available pleas/defences, before the trial Court, during the course of trial.
