Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions for the purpose of assailing the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.
