**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcles 226/227 of ConsƟtuƟon of India for direcƟng to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the peƟƟoners at the hands of respondent No.4 i.e NRI Police StaƟon, S.B.S. Nagar, Nawanshahar. 2.

State counsel submits that the police does its duty in accordance with law and absolutely there is nothing to worry from them. He further submits that they are under the statutory duty to enforce the law and invesƟgate the maƩer to its hilt. 3.

Given such assurance, no further order is required to be passed in the present peƟƟon and the same is disposed of. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
