RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to file report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. against the culprits after conducting fair and impartial investigation at the earliest.
Learned State counsel submitting status report by way of affidavit of Davinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rural, Pathankot, which is taken on record, contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing of final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. on 17.09.2018 against actual culprits.
Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
