(Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the time afforded to respondent No.3 to look into the representation i.e. a period of 2 months has not elapsed, as ordered vide order dated 18.6.2020, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again after lapse of aforesaid period and with liberty to avail of all other alternative efficacious remedies as may be available to him pertaining to disbursal of retiral benefits of respondent No.2-Mahi Pal Singh.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
