Seeking quashing of complaint ID No.1895/17 dated 13.12.2017/16.10.2017 (P1) under Section 138 NIA and summoning order dated 16.10.2017 (P-2) passed by JMIC, Yamunanagar at Jagadhri and subsequent proceedings, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

Petitioner's counsel submits that petitioner is stated to have expired rendering the present petition infructuous.
