**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.is for quashing of the order dated 04.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.314 dated 17.07.2020 under Sections 407, 34 and 411 of IPC registered at Police Station Kundli, Sonipat, whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner.

On 25.04.2025, the following order was passed:- "Contends that non-appearance of the petitioner on 04.12.2023 was not intentional; rather on account of some communication gap with his Counsel and he is ready to join the proceedings. Also contends that there is no other criminal case pending against the petitioner.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and seeks time to have instructions and/or file written response in the matter.

CRM-M-20076-2024 -2Petitioner shall join the proceedings before learned trial Court and upon doing so, he be released on interim bail, in the present case, till the next date of hearing on furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court."

In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since been released on interim bail.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Needless to say, it is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause. Disposed of.
