*** H.S. Grewal, J. (Oral) This is a petition for regular bail filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., 1973 in case bearing FIR No.367 dated 17.11.2024 under Sections 115, 118(1), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3) and 333, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station Munak, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was arrested on 20.11.2024. He further contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been compromised between the parties and the proceedings qua the petitioner have been quashed vide order dated 28.04.2025 passed this Court in CRM-M-16956-2025. It is further contended that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, and the fact that FIR in the present case already stands quashed vide order dated 28.04.2025 passed by this Court, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the petitioner who is undergoing custody in the present case is ordered to be released forthwith, if not required in any other case. (H.S.
