The limited prayer in the present petition is that despite having applied for Change of Land Use (CLU) for setting up RMC Plant on the online portal on 12.02.2026, there has been no adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures for grant of CLU permission for setting up RMC/Hot Mix Plants and the application has still not been decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further contend that he would be satisfied if the application filed by the petitioner for grant of CLU permission is dealt with and disposed off in a time-bound manner.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner for grant of CLU permission for setting up RMC/Hot Mix Plants within a period of two weeks from today.
