CRWP No. 4931 OF 2020 (O&M) -2The present petition stands disposed off with the direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner (Annexure P-3 and P-4) within the framework of law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Meanwhile, the official respondents shall ensure due protection of life and personal liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents and shall take prompt and immediate action in accordance with law in case any instance of threat is brought to their notice by the petitioner.
