(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 submits that in the instant case, the permit in question that was granted to the petitioner was sold by it to Orbit Aviation which in turn has sold the same to Patiala Express H.O., Patiala and, therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Be that as it may, as none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case being called out, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
