NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair enquiry and take action against the private respondents and decide the representation dated 29.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy in accordance with law as per Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008(1) R.C.R.(Criminal) 392. Permitted to do so.
