The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.105 dated 20.06.2020 registered under Sections 336, 506, 147, 149 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 307, 341, 148 IPC added later on) at Police Station City-1, Mansa, District Mansa.

By an order dated 20.07.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Sukhminder Singh submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 20.07.2020 granting

CRM-M No.19418 of 2020 (O&M) -2interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
