NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation, Annexure P5, within a time-bound manner.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to decide the representation, Annexure P5, within two months of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
