Learned counsel submits that the petitioner ought to have been granted appointment from January, 2009 instead of 27.05.2009 to the post of Analyst, in view of the fact that the appointment letter in her favour was issued belatedly, with regard to which, she will submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
