(Oral) The petitioner seeks initiation of proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act for alleged violation of order dated 15.5.2020, the operative part of which reads as follow:- We do not intend to express any opinion on merits. However, we feel that interest of justice would be met if the matter is remitted to the same authority for decision afresh after considering the pleas of both the parties. They shall be at liberty to sent their written submissions to the said authority by e-mail, fax or any other electronic means in view of prevailing COVID-19 situation. The said authority shall consider all the pleas and pass a fresh order within three weeks. COCP-1342-2020 consideration all the facts and the circumstances and the order passed earlier on 6.4.2020 shall not stand in his way. At this stage, Mr. Pawan Longia, DAG, Haryana, to whom an advance copy of petition has already been furnished accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has filed reply. It has been submitted that necessary orders in compliance of order of this Court dated 15.5.2020 have been passed on 25.6.2020.

Faced with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge order dated 25.6.2020.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
