, 0 Learned counsel submits that the wife of the petitioner has to undergo the cataract surgery in both eyes at The Sight Avenue Hospital, New Delhi on 10.04.2026 and they have a minor child aged 10 years. Their parents are not in tough with them, though his brother and brother-in-law are taking care of her, however,his presence during the surgery and precautions for 1 MOHIT 2026.04.08 18:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim regular bail for a period of 4 weeks from today, subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned as also subject to him not being required in any other case or any other condition. On completion of the said period, he shall surrender before the competent authority. 5.
In case, the aforesaid undertaking is not complied with, the State and the complainant shall be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of the same.
