Learned counsel contends that petitioners shall be satisfied if decision is taken on legal notice, dated 15.11.2018, Annexure P-9 preferred by them within a fixed time frame.

On the asking of the court, Ms. Ishneet Kaur, A.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. She, at the outset, submits that legal notice, if any, received in the office of competent authority shall be considered as per law within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
