(Oral) On the last date of hearing i.e. 23.04.2024, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim of the petitioners in the present petition is that they are entitled to continue under Hartron and should not be shifted to HRKNL, which benefit was already allowed by the respondents themselves, due to which, the earlier writ petitions filed by the petitioners were rendered infructuous but now once again the petitioners are being shifted to HRKNL and that too against the undertaking given before this Court, which act on the part of the respondents is arbitrary and illegal.

CWP-9086-2024 (O&M) 2024:PHHC:057333 Mr. Harish Nain, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, keeping in view the advance copy of petition given to him, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State. He seeks a short adjournment to apprise this Court as to why the same action, which was earlier withdrawn by the respondents, is being again taken qua the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order be treated as withdrawn with liberty to the respondents to avail appropriate remedy of filing the review application keeping in view the undertaking given in CWP No. 10813-2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the impugned order has been withdrawn though with certain conditions, the present petition has become infructuous hence, the same may kindly be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
