The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of impugned order dated 10.11.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malerkotla vide which bail bonds/surety bonds of the petitioner have been cancelled by the Trial Court, as well as subsequent proceedings arising out of FIR (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant petition is mainly directed against order dated 10.11.2023 (Annexure P-4) vide which his bail had been cancelled by the Trial Court. It has been submitted that pursuant to order dated 29.4.2024 and also order dated 21.5.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner appeared before the Trial Court and has been enlarged on regular bail.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
