The instant petition is for quashing of complaint titled Kanta Devi versus Vibhor Goel & another bearing Case No.09/18.9.2014/4.7.15 (Annexure P45) instituted by the respondent under Section 12 read with Section 20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and for quashing of order dated 09.09.2015 (Annexure P47) passed by learned JMIC, Ambala. Parties have arrived at compromise. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately. Parties shall be bound by the statements made today. The respondent would withdraw the complaint filed under Sections 12 and 20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In view of the statements made, the petition is disposed of as compromised.
