This is a petition for issuing directions to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.

Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Punjab. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Ms.H.K.Athwal, DAG., Punjab, present in the Court. Copy given. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to look into the complaint of petitioner Annexure P2 dated 5.10.2015, to find out the authenticity of the allegations in the same and in case any cognizable offence is made out then to take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two months after the receipt of certified copy of this order.
