**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) In pursuance of notice of motion issued to the respondents, the learned State counsel on instructions from Ms. Seema Hooda, DDA submits that the respondent-State has not issued any notice of recovery so far and this writ petition can be disposed of at this stage, with an understanding that the respondent-State would issue a show cause notice to the petitioner in respect of recovery of dues, if any, payable by the petitioner transport-Company in terms of order dated 30.06.2021. Further course of action can only be determined after hearing the petitioner and considering the stand of the PRINCE SAINI 2023.04.28 21.10 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP No.8655 of 2023(O&M)    petitioner in accordance with law. Learned State counsel further submits that there shall not be any impediment in the free flow and plying of the buses of the petitioner till the decision is taken on show cause notice strictly in accordance with. Learned State counsel submits that the show cause notice in the aforesaid context shall be issued within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, the petitioner would file its response within a further period of two weeks and the competent authority shall proceed and decide the case thereafter at the earliest.
